Vendor Registration
I hope you will join us for our annual Scottish festival because our community of food vendors and concessions are such an important component for this cultural celebration. Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 10th (8am to 8pm) when 1,000s of visitor and competitors gather for Halton Hills’ largest outdoor community event. - Concessions fees are $250.00 for a 20’ x 20’ stand; and $125 for a 10’ x 10’ stand.
- Payment is required in full by no later than April 29th – either via our online Paypal process; with an eTransfer that you arrange; or by mailing your completed GHG Vendor Registration form along with a cheque to: Concessions Director, Georgetown Highland Games – P.O. - Vendors requiring Hydro must pay an additional $25.

FOOD VENDORS ONLY:
By clicking on the hyperlink below, you will find the Halton Region Health Department Special Event Food Vendors Requirements. Their online application process (or mail in form) must be completed and approved at least four weeks before our special event. Once received, you will forward your proof of approval from Halton Health Department with a certificate of insurance to Halton Hills Licensing Section of the Clerk’s Department at 1 Halton Hills Drive Halton Hills, ON L7G 5G2.

Halton Hills Business Licence Application
If you have questions regarding their forms, call Halton Region’s Health Department to ask for our special event’s Public Health Inspector at (905) 825-6000 ext. 2637. All forms must be completed and approved by the Health Department no later than May 5th, 2023, to allow the Town of Halton Hills the time required to approve your business permit application.
SITE SET-UP:
Vendors can set up on either Friday June 9th (between 8am – 8pm), or early on the day of the Games June 10th before 8am and must enter via Gate 1. There will be overnight security on the fairgrounds throughout Friday evening and all day on Saturday. All concessions should be set up on the day of the Games by 8:00am Saturday because no motor vehicle traffic is allowed in the vendor areas after this time. Post-event, all garbage is to be put into the large industrial bin provided on site, next to the armory by Gate 1 entrance.
HYDRO CONNECTIONS:
For those vendors requiring Hydro connections, declare your voltage requirements and number of 120V, 200V or 240V connections requested. You are responsible for providing your own extension cords that must comply with safely rules and be properly attached to the hydro boxes prior to the ESA inspection.
Please ensure that you have a certified fire extinguisher at your location throughout the Games.
ENTRY TO GAMES:
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email as proof of payment. Please print this payment confirmation and show it to the gate staff on the day of your arrival to the Games at the Georgetown Fairgrounds. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in you having to pay an additional gate fee.
For the convenience of online payment services a PayPal administration fee will be applied at checkout.
