Vendor Registration

FOOD VENDOR REGISTRATION CLOSED – Due to an overwhelming response, our Food Vendor spots have been filled.  We are no longer accepting Food Vendors registrations at this time.

We hope you will join us for our 51st Scottish festival because our community of food vendors and concessions are such an important component of the annual Georgetown Highland Games. Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 13th (8am to 8pm) when 1,000s of competitors and spectators gather for Halton Hills’ largest outdoor community event at the Georgetown Fair Grounds.

  • Concessions fees are $300.00 for a 20’ x 20’ site; and $175 for a 10’ x 10’ site.
  • Payment is required by May 1st using our online Paypal process explained below; or via eTransfer that you must arrange with me; or by mailing your completed Vendor Registration form and cheque to: Concessions Director, Georgetown Highland Games – P.O. Electrical Connections:

Vendors requiring connections to the Town of Halton Hills electrical supply must indicate voltage requirements and number of 120V or 240V outlets requested. A $25 fee will be applied for your electrical connection, which should be added to your registration fee.  You will need to use your own extension cords to your site from one of the two power supply boxes available.  Your cords must be properly attached prior to the ESA inspections starting at 8am on the day of the Games. You must have a certified fire extinguisher at your location throughout the event.

SITE SET-UP:

Vendors must enter via Gate 1 to set up on Friday, June 12th (8am to 8pm), or on day of the Games – Saturday, before 8am. There is overnight security at the Fair Grounds on Friday evening and all day on Saturday. All concessions should be set up on Games Day by 8am because no motor vehicle traffic is allowed in the vendor areas after this time.  Post-event, all garbage is to be put into the large industrial bin on site next to the Armory by Gate 1 entrance.

ENTRY TO GAMES:

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email as proof of payment.  Please print this payment confirmation and show it to the gate staff on the day of your arrival for the Highland Games at 1 Park Avenue Halton Hills, ON L7G 1Y4.  Failure to provide proof of payment may result in you having to pay an additional gate fee.

For the convenience of online payment services a PayPal administration fee will be applied at checkout.
